Adding Photos to Recipes

Option 1 — Camera roll

Tap the photo area on the recipe edit screen and choose Photo Library. Pick any photo from your camera roll or albums.

Option 2 — Paste from clipboard

This is the fastest option when you're browsing a recipe website in Safari or Chrome:

1. On the website, long-press the recipe photo and tap Copy Image.
2. Switch to Grocerly.
3. On the recipe edit screen, tap the photo area and choose Paste from Clipboard.
4. The image is added instantly — no need to save it to your camera roll first.

Option 3 — Google Images shortcut

1. On the recipe edit screen, tap the photo area and choose Search on Google Images.
2. Grocerly opens Safari with a pre-filled Google Images search using the recipe name.
3. Find an image you like, copy it, then come back to Grocerly and paste it using Option 2 above.
