Opening the Meal Plan

Tap the Meal Plan tab (calendar icon) at the bottom of the app.

Adding a recipe to a day

  1. Tap + next to any day.
  2. The recipe picker opens — search by name or browse your full library with photo thumbnails.
  3. Tap a recipe to add it to that day.

You can add multiple recipes per day (e.g., lunch and dinner).

Rearranging recipes

  • Within a day: Long-press a recipe and drag it up or down to reorder.
  • Between days: Long-press a recipe and drag it to a different day.

Removing a recipe from a day

Swipe left on a recipe in the meal plan and tap Remove, or tap the recipe and choose Remove from Plan.

Navigating weeks

Swipe left or right to move between weeks. Your meal plans are saved indefinitely, so you can look back at previous weeks.
